Cancellation Policy

If a participant cancels their booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled ride, they are eligible for a 100% refund.
Paragliding is a weather-dependent activity. In case of bad weather or safety concerns, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the ride at the last minute. This is beyond our control. In such cases, participants will receive either a full refund or the option for free rescheduling.
The flying location may change at the last minute due to weather conditions or wind patterns. This is done to ensure safety.
If weather conditions are unsuitable for tandem paragliding based on the participant's body weight, Kamshet Paragliding reserves the right to cancel the activity on the spot. In such cases, participants are eligible for either a 100% refund of the advance payment or the option to reschedule the ride.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after cancellation confirmation.
All refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
In the event of on-the-spot cancellations, transportation fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
